Vekaravintti - Childrens Playroom Attic
At the “Vekaravintti” attic in the Turkansaari Open Air Museum you can get to know the everyday life of children who lived in the 1940s and 1950s. The space is designed especially for children, but adults can also come to get information and moods about childhood in the post-war era. In the school classroom, in the store and in different rooms of the home, almost everything can be touched and playing is allowed!
