Kallen Pizzat

Kallen Pizzat is an Oulu-based urban event restaurant and artisan pizza brand known for its large, crispy pizza slices made from top-quality ingredients. Kallen Pizzat first gained popularity at summer festivals around the Oulu and now you can find us serving pizza inside the legendary 45 Special live music venue. The atmosphere at the restaurant is laid-back: great pizza, music, and the unique vibe of Oulu’s oldest live club.

Our pizza philosophy is a blend of Naples and New York, but with a unique twist of our own. The dough rises for three nights, and the flour is a blend of high-quality Italian Type 00 flour and whole-wheat flour from Tyrnävän Mylly. The menu offers options for a variety of tastes — including vegan and gluten-free options. Our regular menu is a small, approachable selection of pizza classics, but we also offer a rotating weekly special, where we use ingredients from local producers whenever possible.
