Hailuodon Panimo's Restaurant Mallassauna

Hailuoto Organic Brewery is Finland’s first organic brewery! From our atmospheric old warehouse in Hailuoto (an island located 40 km from Oulu), we produce German-style beers using locally grown and malted organic barley.

We have recently opened a restaurant named Mallassauna in Pikisaari, close to the Oulu city center, where we offer a wide selection of our delicious organic beers. Pikisaari itself is definitely worth a visit during your stay in Oulu!

The upstairs of Mallassauna is ideal for meetings, workshops and private parties. On top of an idyllic and creative atmosphere for meetings and parties we offer an optional program. In the program is included a brewery introduction and the story of Hailuoto Organic brewery, a video about the brewery and a guided tasting of four beers served on a beautiful wooden tray. The duration of the program is about one hour and the price is 35€/participant. Altough the restaurant is not open during winter on all days of the week, meetings and private parties can be arranged anytime. Lunch/dinner is also possible. The restaurant doesn’t have sauna fascilities – the name Mallassauna is referring to the history of the building.
