2 – 4 PM
Come and enjoy the city of Oulu on a fatbike! During the trip, we will ride along trails and cycleways.
6 – 8 PM
This weekly kayak expedition is a great way to enjoy the delta of the River Oulu. This supervised two-hour trip is excellent for first-timers and experienced kayakers alike. The experience starts with a crash course in the basic theory and techniques of kayaking, followed by a kayak trip to the beautiful delta of the River Oulu to enjoy its islands and inlets.

12 – 1 PM
The Oulu River delta is a diverse paddling location providing both cultural and natural scenery. The trip is led by a trained and experienced instructor and carried out mainly with single-seated kayaks. For bigger groups, also two-seated kayaks and open canoes are available. No previous paddling experience is required for the trip.
A relaxing trip to the wild begins with transportation from Oulu Tourist Information Office. We will travel to the heart of lush, green woods and silent lake landscape. After a few hundred metres of walking, we will make a fire for grilling sausages and brewing a nice pot of coffee. Angling is also an option on this trip.
5 – 7 PM

7 – 9 PM
Our skipper picks you up with a motorboat from the pier of Oulu Market Square. The boat has a heated cabin and capacity for five passengers at a time. From the Market Square, we will navigate through the beautiful delta of Oulu River. During the trip, the skipper will tell you about the history and culture of the surrounding waterways and shoreline locations.
12 – 4 PM
This paddling trip provides a unique perspective on the nature and cityscape of Oulu and the fascinating scenery of Gulf of Bothnia at its finest. Landfall on an island, picnic snack and transport from city centre to Varjakka are all included. In the beginning, we will teach you the basics of kayaking and go carefully through the safety features. No previous paddling experience is required for the trip.

The beautiful Oulu River flowing through the city of Oulu is not only rich in cultural history but also a great fishing spot. Both in the actual river and its delta live a variety of fish species that can be caught with trolling equipment. No previous fishing experience is required for the trip. If necessary, our fishing guide will teach you the secrets of fascinating and fun Scandinavian style troll fishing from the very basics.
